New Customers minimum opening order £100GBP + VAT, subsequent orders no minimum. Opening orders for Dixie Belle products £500+VAT.

Payment is by recognised credit or debit card via secure payment server, BACS or International wire transfer prior to despatch of goods. We do not accept payment by American Express, Paypal or cheque.

Back Orders and Pre Orders for product unavailable at time of order, these products be sent at normal carriage cost upon arrival or held for a subsequent order. Back orders will be held for 14 days.

Carriage Charges delivery to non-commercial premises is by special arrangement and may be subject to additional delivery charges, a signature is required for all deliveries. Any damage must be notified to Stampbox within 3 days of receipt using the claim form on stampbox.biz. Photographic evidence will be required of any damage. Please retain any damaged packaging. Credit will only be issued for Dixie Belle products where there is leakage, a dent does not affect the quality of the product.

Any activity that diminishes the brand value of any of our products will result in cease of supply. This is entirely at our discretion.

You must be contactable during business hours Monday to Friday. If you trade via the web we will require your URL and the website will be subject to our approval. All websites should have a working shopping cart with active payment facilities and full contact details should be available including physical address, contact telephone number and satisfy all other UK Office of Fair Trading recommendations.

Where larger than normal retail quantities are required we require six weeks notice so as not to diminish our stocks.

All products supplied remain the property of Stampbox Limited until full payment is received.

If orders are returned to us by the delivering courier, for whatever reason, then you agree to pay the full cost of delivery, return and any other associated costs. These may be taken out of any refund due. We may also make a 5% restocking charge.
